Supper meal kit includes enough ingredients to make 7 portions. Bake chicken tenders at 350° F oven for 10-12 minutes or microwave for 1-2 minutes. Serve 3 chicken tenders each day at supper with recommended topping or grain plus ½ cup fruit, ½ cup vegetable, and 8oz milk. Crispy chicken wrap-roll cooked chicken in wrap. Italian Crispy Chicken Flatbread-place cooked chicken on flatbread top with marinara sauce and fold over. Crispy Chicken Sandwich-place 3 tenders on hamburger bun. Salsa Chicken- cook chicken and top with salsa. 

All grains are whole grain rich and milk is 1% or skim.  Menu Subject to change based on availability.
