The Transportation Department uses TripTracker for all field trips whether they be walking, riding in a car, charter, schoolbus, etc. This sytem is very user friendly and we encourage all to use this system so that administration can track all field trips.
If you have any questions about how to operate TripTracker please use these instructions first and if you are unable to resolve your question you may call Stan Crowgey (853-2807) or Paula Garnett (853-6113) for help.
You can access the new system by going to the following web site link. Please bookmark this site for future use.
Once you have gained access to this web site you may enter your first initial of your first name and your last name as both the user name and password.
Example. David Brown would be dbrown.
***Please note we have found that in some cases your password requires a capital letter for your first initial of first name and a capital letter for your second name. Example. David Brown would be DBrown in some cases. ***
Once you’ve entered the website you may change your password by going to the “Admin” tab in the upper right hand corner and then to the “Change User Profile” tab and change your password. This will get you started on the TripTracker program. You may access this program from anywhere there is an internet connection.
Please have a roster of the students that are attending the event available for the driver the day of your trip.
