Text Box: The Technology Support team provides support for a variety of desktop/laptop solutions including deployment and maintenance of desktop operating systems and appliances that manage the desktop/laptop infrastructure within the Division. Examples of Help Desk tickets (KACE) may include issues with email, voicemail, Internet and Office 365. The team is responsible for ensuring a highly functioning desktop environment with emphasis on ensuring successful online testing.
